Norfolk Construction served as general contractor for the interior renovation of Agnes Varis Gym on Tufts University’s Grafton campus. The project modernized the fitness space through interior finish upgrades, building system improvements, and new gym equipment.

The renovation combined remediation, general construction, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work. Norfolk coordinated with Tufts Facilities to execute the work within an active campus environment, with its self-perform team delivering flooring, acoustical ceilings, and carpentry.
