Norfolk Construction is managing the multi-phase renovation of Nahatan Terrace, a 144-unit apartment complex in Norwood, Massachusetts. The project combines exterior improvements with complete interior renovations while the complex remains occupied.

Completed phases included installation of 44 two-story decks and replacement of 405 windows, fully self-performed by Norfolk’s crews. The ongoing third phase involves full gut renovation of all 144 apartments.

Norfolk’s self-perform scope includes demolition, concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, and specialty installations. Work is coordinated through detailed phasing, resident communication, and protection measures to maintain safe access and minimize disruption to residents.
