Norfolk Construction served as Construction Manager and self-performing contractor for the multi-phase overhaul of a Large Animal Hospital, executed within a fully active, high-sensitivity clinical environment.

The project involved a comprehensive refresh of the facility’s interior, including new electrical, doors, flooring, and structural improvements. Norfolk self-performed demolition and surface preparation across over 10,000 square feet, followed by installation of new flooring systems and custom-fabricated door, frame, and hardware components.

The project required strategic phasing, strict infection control protocols, and continuous ventilation management to maintain hospital operations without disruption, executed with zero downtime and no compromise to patient care.
