Our dedicated Special Projects Team specializes in fast-paced projects averaging $2.5 million. These projects require precision, flexibility, and continuity. That’s why we assign a consistent team from preconstruction through closeout, providing clients with a single point of contact and ensuring seamless coordination at every stage.
What sets Norfolk apart is our ability to Self-Perform critical trades with our in-house field team. From demolition and rough carpentry to millwork, flooring, ACT, and Division 10 specialties, our self-perform capabilities allow us to maintain strict control over cost, schedule, and quality. Supported by a fully equipped yard—including aerial lifts, dumpsters, and material handling equipment—we’re able to mobilize quickly and operate with maximum efficiency.
