Project Overview

This project involved the demolition and reconstruction of 44 three-story decks across 12 buildings at the Nahatan complex. Norfolk utilized the Wahoo aluminum deck and railing system to enhance durability and aesthetics. The project presented significant logistical challenges, including working within a fully occupied residential community and coordinating construction across multiple buildings. Norfolk implemented a phased approach to minimize disruptions, ensuring tenant safety and accessibility throughout the process.
