Norfolk Construction completed a series of renovation, infrastructure, and fit-out projects at The Hub on Causeway, a major mixed-use development adjacent to TD Garden. Work was performed under a multi-project contract for Delaware North and the Patina Restaurant Group, across several active and high-traffic venues.

 

Projects included the installation of new electrical meters and switchgear serving the entire Hub on Causeway complex, ensuring long-term capacity and system reliability. Norfolk also completed upgrades to the state-of-the-art audiovisual and broadcast infrastructure at Banners, supporting live event production and entertainment operations.

 

Additional scopes included the renovation of the Blades and Boards bar, modifications to Banners' premium seating areas, the construction of new storefront entries at both the front and rear of the facilities, and ongoing facility maintenance and repair work throughout the property. All work was executed while maintaining active business operations, requiring close coordination with ownership, venue management, and facility operations teams.
